The Royal Marine Armoured Support Group was a fascinating, if obscure, unit formed to provide fire support for Operation Overlord. The set comprises: perforated road wheels; 95mm Howitzer with or without canvas waterproofing; replacement glacis plate with blanked off MG; wading trunking for the loader's hatch and exhast; and the periscopic sight.
