A12 Matilda Mk IIA

The 'Queen of the Desert', the Matilda was one of the few British vehicles that gave the Germans pause for thought. For its time, the Matilda was very heavily armoured and was practically invunerable to the small calibre anti-tank guns in use at the start of the War.  This model incorporates the design changes made over earlier vehicles including double exhaust and lowered suspension.  Each of the hatches can be built open or closed.  (Figure not included).  Cast by Milicast Models.
