33rd Armoured Brigade - Set 1
As part of an independent armoured brigade, 144 RAC operated across the whole of British 2nd Army’s front from late June 1944. Though the markings provided in this set were superceded in mid-August, the unit fought on, converting to Kangaroos and Buffaloes later in the year.
The set has specific markings for 5 x Sherman Mk I; 1 x Sherman Mk I Hybrid; 2 x Sherman Mk Vc Fireflies; 1 x Humber Scout Car; and 1 x Stuart Mk III Light Tanks. Additional turret numbers are supplied so that additional vehicles may be modelled. Although the set is marked as 1/76, they are perfectly suitable for 1/72 vehicles as well.
