French Headgear
Seven heads in various styles of distinctive French headgear. From the left we have the traditional Kepi, then two Adrian Helmets, a 'bonnet de police' side hat, a chasseur beret, and the French style AFV helmet.
This set covers a very broad set of modelmaking possibilities. Though the French only fought as a nation for a short portion of WWII, significant numbers fought on as part of the Free French Army and retained their original uniform items in some cases. Items such as the Adrian Helmet and AFV Helmet were used by many other nations such as the Polish and Belgian armies. The Vichy French forces continued in Southern France and places like Syria during hte war and the French Foreign Legion continued to wear the Kepi.
